Crib recalled more than 2 million stork Craft Cribs is that of its entrapments suffocation of infants with a warning issued on 23 November 2009 the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The cribs in the incidents had plastic drop-side hardware that had broken, missing or deformed claws, connectors, tracks, or flexible tab stops; loose or missing metal spring clips, stripped screws or drop-sides installed upside-down.

The crib recall involves Stork Craft drop-side cribs and the drop-side cribs with the Fisher-Price logo. It does not involve cribs without a drop-side, does not involve cribs with metal rod drop-side hardware. It involves only those cribs with plastic trigger and one-hand system drop-side hardware, said the CPSC notice.

Stork Craft crib recalls cribs manufactured from January 1993 and October 2009. Stork Craft Cribs with Fisher-Price logo are the manufacturing dates from October 1997 to December 2004.
